About IKON
A trusted, apolitical community network focused on connection, leadership, and collective social and economic progress.
IKON was started on 15th September 2015 by Shri. Arja Srikanth, IRTS, Shri. Mendu Chakrapani, Additional Managing Director, IRCON, and Shri. K.N. Kumar, IAS.
It was founded on a simple belief: collective effort creates lasting impact.
What began as informal meetings among like-minded individuals has grown into a dynamic network spanning multiple states and countries. Today, IKON connects thousands of members across 65 professional verticals, enabling collaboration, networking, leadership, and opportunity creation.
