How IKON Began
IKON was started on 15th September 2015 by Shri. Arja Srikanth, IRTS, Shri. Mendu Chakrapani, Additional Managing Director, IRCON, and Shri. K.N. Kumar, IAS.
It began with a simple but powerful idea: collective effort creates lasting impact. What started as informal meetings among like-minded individuals gradually evolved into a structured and trusted community platform.
Today, IKON has grown into a vibrant network spanning multiple states and countries, connecting thousands of members across 65 professional verticals. The platform encourages networking, collaboration, leadership development, and real-world opportunity creation.
