1) Eligibility

- You must be authorized to enroll on behalf of a business, if applicable.
- AIKON may accept, reject, or request clarification for any enrollment at its discretion.
2) Information We Collect

- Business details (company name, type, registration identifiers, GST/PAN if provided).
- Service preferences and onboarding requirements.
- Documents you upload for verification or processing (if required for the selected service).
3) Purpose of Enrollment
- To verify your details and create a member profile for service delivery.
- To contact you for onboarding, support, updates, and compliance/service communication.
- To provide quotations, invoices, and service-related documentation.
4) Member Responsibilities
- You agree to provide complete and correct information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for the authenticity of the documents you submit.
- You agree not to misuse AIKON services for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activities.
5) Verification & Approval
- Some enrollments may require additional verification (KYC/business proof).
- AIKON may request additional documents or clarifications before approval.
- Enrollment approval does not guarantee service outcome; it enables onboarding and service initiation.
6) Fees, Payments & Refunds
- Service fees (if applicable) will be communicated before processing begins.
- Payments are subject to invoice terms and applicable taxes.
- Refunds (if any) are handled as per the service agreement/invoice terms and stage of processing.
7) Privacy & Data Protection
- Your data is used only for enrollment, service delivery, compliance processing, and support.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We may share data with authorized partners only when required to deliver the selected service (e.g., filings, processing).

8) Communication
- You may receive calls, emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages related to onboarding and service updates.

9) Limitation of Liability
- AIKON is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, third-party portals, or government processing times.
- AIKON’s liability, if any, is limited to the service fee paid for the specific service in question (where applicable).
10) Termination & Removal of Membership
- AIKON Corporate Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member’s enrollment, access to services, or associated privileges if the member violates, fails to comply with, or does not adhere to any of the agreed Terms and Conditions.
- Termination may occur without prior notice in cases involving misuse of services, submission of false or misleading information, unlawful activities, or breach of trust.
- Upon termination, all ongoing or future services may be discontinued, and the member may be restricted from re-enrollment.
- AIKON’s liability, if any, is limited to the service fee paid for the specific service in question (where applicable).
11) Updates to These Terms
AIKON may update these enrollment terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this website.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
